From Enterprise Systems to Living Systems
I’m Floris Robert Slob, founder of The NeO Frequency. For over 20 years, I led large-scale ERP and transformation programmes across four continents, aligning people, process, and technology in complex systems. After the pandemic, the question changed. I shifted from IT-business alignment to embodying coherence, combining systems expertise with ICF-accredited coaching to guide leaders into energy-intelligent, human-centred change.
A pivotal chapter unfolded in Aotearoa (New Zealand), where a deep friendship with a Māori elder reframed my understanding of evolution—not as linear improvement, but as energetic presence, natural flow, and deep listening. This changed everything. Leadership became fieldwork. Culture became current. And strategy began to emerge from coherence.
A Permaculture Design Course at Geoff Lawton’s Zaytuna Farm in Australia grounded these principles further, showing how energy, purpose, and people can align in regenerative design.
These living systems principles now form the foundation of The NeO Frequency.
