For more than two decades, I’ve worked on large-scale ERP and transformation programmes across continents and across complexity. Bringing people, process, and technology into alignment where things don’t naturally align.

 

The work sat at the intersection of governance, systems design, and execution,

where everything is connected, and small misalignments don’t stay small.

 

Some things improved quickly.
Programmes stabilised. Structures became clearer. Performance moved.

 

But one pattern kept repeating.

No matter how strong the strategy looked on paper,
as soon as it moved through the organisation, something weakened.

And execution followed.

 

The issue was rarely technical.
It was structural.

A shift in perspective

Over time, my work started to shift.

 

Not away from execution, but deeper into what makes decisions turn into action..

I spent time studying systems thinking, regenerative design, and the patterns that shape how organisations behave.

 

But the real change wasn’t in the models. 

It was how I started to see.

 

I began to look at organisations differently.

Not just as operating models, but as living systems.

Not metaphorically...

operationally.

Strategy does not fail randomly. It fails when coherence weakens between:

  • Governance

  • Decisions

  • Action

That realisation became the foundation of The NeO Frequency.
