Since October 2023, I’ve been an advanced pilot for Ring True—the only wearable (Token of Me) that measures flow through alignment, allowance, coherence, and resonance. This tool fosters powerful awareness of being in flow and supports individuals and teams to influence their state of presence, including in the workplace.
